Résumé

Many people say Greg Wikoff peaked in Pre-K, when he was selected to be King Ahasuerus in the Temple Beth-El Purim carnival.

Well, if you’re reading this, you probably agree can clearly see that isn’t the case.

Greg was born and raised in Chicago, where as boy, he idolized Harry Schmerler, ”Chicagoland’s singing Ford dealer.” Yes, before wanting to be Han Solo, Michael Jordan or Eddie Vedder, Greg dreamt of life as a slovenly conversion van pitchman.

His childhood preoccupation with advertising continued with homemade commercials produced on tape recorders and camcorders. His mother will happily share these with you.

Greg went on to major in advertising at the University of Illinois and later completed the copywriting curriculum at the Portfolio Center in Atlanta.

The result was a real affinity for words, which comes through in his work. Greg loves telling stories, building worlds, inventing elaborate backstories. That’s the fun stuff.

Greg is a manic Scrabbler, obsessive crossworder and voracious reader.

When not pursuing hifalutin pursuits, Greg watches sports, and plays bass.

He lives outside Philly with his wife and two sons.
